The Psychotherapy Self Help Plymouth website has been set up as an aid for those referred for therapy on a waiting list. The website aims to look at educational, practical and subtle ways to help make the waiting time more bearable! As the waiting list can be up to a year in some cases, I encourage you to have a look around the website and try out a few of the Apps we have collected for you.

While waiting for treatment why not try and make simple changes to your lifestyle which may have a positive effect on your everyday life. These simple changes could be in your Diet, Exercise, Stress levels and Sleeping pattern. Have a look at our pages and see whether any changes are possible for you!
