Website: Supporting Safe Therapy

Grace

As many of you are waiting to start a therapy or may do in the future, and probably have questions and queries surrounding it, Supporting Safe Therapies is a great website to answer those questions.

Supporting Safe Therapy is a website set up with the aim to explain any and all question people have surrounding therapy, and improve the experience of psychological therapies. The website has information from how to get in touch with a therapist to how to handle the end of your therapy and everything inbetween. There are also explanations of each of the type of therapies and research in the area.

The website is very user friendly and simple to use, with fun buttons and easy explanations to give practical information such as ‘what should you expect from therapy?’. The site also has a very human side and acknowledges the anxiety around attending therapy.
